I grew up thinking that I could one day help get all street children off the streets. LOL
But you grow up and realize that it's not that easy.😞
So, on that note...street children have a soft spot in my heart. I have interacted with way too many to understand what they go through in the streets and how they come to find themselves there.
Although most people think they can be dangerous, I'm here to tell you that most of them are actually harmless.
You just need to come down to their level and hear them out.
In Kenya, a street child left many people surprised when he met a woman who relied fully on an oxygen concentrator, oxygen cylinders and a generator to breath.
Realizing that the woman, Glady Kamade was probably in a far worse situation than him, he bursted out in tears!
He cried tears of sadness while firmly holding her hand.
He then said a silent prayer for her as passers by tried to console him. 😢😢😢😢
Who said humanity was lost?
