LADIES, THIS IS WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT CORSETS

     Just so you know, Huddah inspired me to write this after seeing that she has gotten into the corset business.
If anyone buys those corsets hoping to look like her, then you got another thought coming. Ila sasa, if you wanna splash some cash, then go on.

There is a reason why most of the corset models don't have their  'before' pictures.

It's simple, they never had bulging stomachs and love handles to begin with.

A corset is supposed to give you that hourglass shape that we all want.

But not without some side effects.

Doctors say that wearing corsets disturbs your internal organs and can cause medical conditions.

I don't know much about that cause I never went to medical school.

What I know is, there are women who have attainted the smallest waists on earth by wearing corsets full time for years. 

Most of them have confessed to having back problems when they take them off though.
While others claim that they can feel their internal organs moving when they remove their corsets.

 These women can not go through their day to day lives without the support of the corsets. 

They have become weak and fragile overtime.

Now, if you really want to achieve a small waist by using a corset, then you will need to have a lot of patience and discipline. 

When I gave birth, I tried using one but I was over it in just 3 days.

It was really uncomfortable and I couldn't breath. 

I wondered how anyone would want to torture themselves so much, all for a tiny waist. Smh

It's also not advisable to use corsets when you are working out.  Even though, most people have promoted them in that manner.

Corsets limit your breathing and when working out, that's when you need air the most.

I'm not saying that you shouldn't use corsets but if you are down for it...then just be patient and don't expect results overnight.

You need to religiously wear your corset, workout and watch your diet.

Personally, I wouldn't mind occasionally wearing a comfortable corset for a night out but then that would be it.

As for you, who knows?  It could have you looking like one of these women in a few years time.
