Ryan Lochte proposed to his girlfriend Kayla Rae Reid whom he met earlier this year.
The star athlete took off in the middle of dancing with the stars to pull off the special proposal to his girlfriend in Malibu Canyon yesterday.
He later posted this picture on Instagram while Kayla flashed her big Diamond ring and wrote "Memories forever!!! #thelochtes #LA,"
Lochte said that after his Rio Scandal, she stuck with him and that she only cares about his happiness and not fame.
