A Nigerian woman complained about being kicked out of a immigration office for wearing the dress above.
She explained how she was told to wait for her contact outside and two female immigration officers instructing that she don't be allowed inside.
Well, last week I was also denied entrace for wearing this dress at the Immigration office in Posta.
When I reached the entrance, two male officers at the told me "Nguo yako haina maadili".
I was so confused but luckily a certain woman I met there lend me her khanga.
When I went back, I was forced to apply two of the lipsticks I had in my handbag and spray a perfume I had on my skin.
That one though, I could understand... but this dress? It's so decent for God's sake!
Anyway, are these the new immigration rules everywhere or what? What's your experience?
