That's when she wore an Afro, some people even started a petition to have her hair combed!
What was that about though? Does it really seem like the highest paid couple in the music industry would let their only daughter's hair go uncombed?

Anyway, on the VMAs Red Carpet, little Blue stunned like her mommy in a dress worth over 10,000 dollars, a real diamond Tiara and Zanotti sneakers!
