Nollywood actress, Tonto Dikeh had a tell-all interview where she revealed that she suffered domestic abuse in the hands of her estranged husband, Oladunni Churchill.
Now, I can't believe someone as strong as Tonto really went through all this in her marriage and still managed to put up a front like her marriage was a bed of roses.
Well, at least that's what I thought. In another interview, she actually confessed that she used to buy gifts for herself and lie that her husband bought them for her!
Hmm! Who knew Instagram was that serious?
In the interview, Tonto said that ...
"The domestic violence is real. How I lived to suffer it and go through it over and over again, I do not understand. Alot of people have blamed me. A lot of people have said a lot of things. I stayed back in my marriage, not because of my child, but because I loved my husband with all of my heart. I stayed because he begged me to stay a couple of times. I stayed because I just didn't want to give up. I didn't want to give up on the marriage just like that."
