A major operation to find over 100 mentally ill patients who escaped from Mathare Mental Hospital this Monday morning has been launched!
Management said the patients fled while doctors gathered to take part in a nationwide strike that began today.
The patients were seen jumping over the facility's walls and even trying to cross the Thika Superhighway.

Reports indicated that some of them were found later. The hospital's staff members asked police and members of the public for help.
