A former playboy Mate, Dani Mathers has been charged for body shaming an elderly woman when she snapped her nude photo back in July.
The 2015 playmate of the year, secretly snapped the old lady's photo because she didn't find it impressive and wrote "If I can't unsee this, neither can't you".
As a result, she was banned from the LA fitness gym and charged for fat-shaming and the unidentified woman located to help with investigation.
If found guilty, the 29 year old faces up to 6 months in jail even though she has since apologized for her mistake.
