A Kenyan woman from Kiraini Nyeri County is being held by the police for killing her niece over a loaf of bread.
The woman Leah Wambui, (18) took a blunt object and started beating the kids upon realizing that they had eaten the whole bread without sparing her some.
The mother of the two kids is said to have been away at the moment when it all happened.
When their neighbors heard the kids cries, they went to their rescue and found them injured and bleeding.
They rushed them to the hospital but unfortunately one of the kids is said to have died on the way to the hospital.
