Partrice Era has congratulated Luis Suarez on his Golden shoe Prize regardless of the bad blood the two has formed over the years.
Suarez and Evra first clashed when the Barcelona player racially abused Evra during a 1-1 draw between Liverpool and Manchester united in 2011.
Suarez was banned for eight games and fined £40,000 after being found guilty.
On Thursday, he was presented with the Golden shoe for scoring the most goals in La Liga in the last term.
