Nick Gordon has been found legally responsible of Bobbi's death after he failed to show up for a civil hearing in superior court.
Gordon was a no show for the second time now and therefore will be held responsible for everything through omission.
Bobbi was the late Whitney's only child and died as a result of drug intoxication after she was found immersed in a bathtub in the house she shared with Gordon in Atlanta.
The suit which was first filed in 2015, claimed that Gordon wanted to steal her inheritance, drugged her and downed her in a water tub.
Nick Gordon is yet to be criminally charged though.
